Official Rules

1. NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. You must be 18 or older to be eligible for the draw.
3. You must have a 5 Star Consumers Daily Prize ticket with your name on the back.
4. The Daily Prize ticket must be issued by one of our participating sponsors.
5. When your 5 digit Daily Prize ticket numbers match the 5 winning numbers drawn daily at about 9pm, you are a winner. Results can be viewed daily on 5StarConsumers.com.
6. Note: The 5 digit winning number is grouped from 5 single numbers. Each number is drawn randomly from 0 to 9. The drawn numbers are produced from right to left to make up the 5 digit winner's number.
7. The prizes:
   Non-Member Prize:
   Win $100 instant cash if you have not logged in or activated your permanent membership before your winning numbers are drawn. You win one $100 prize only.
   Prizes for Permanent Members:
   When your Daily Prize ticket numbers match the 5 digit winning number, you can win;
   • One $100 instant cash check issued and payable to your name.
   • One $100 donation check issued and payable to the school
      of your choice as per your instruction data on our records.
   • One $1000 instant cash check issued and payable to you if
      your birth date matches the date you won your prize!

8. Void where prohibited by law.
9. You must confirm and claim your prize within 30 days of becoming a winner. No exceptions.
10. Every winner allows the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness and all materials submitted to our site and/or our games for advertising purposes without further compensation.
11. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes of his / her prize/ prizes.
12. Employees of 5 Star Consumers.com are not eligible to play and win.

• Members and winners, by acceptance of prize or prizes, do hereby agree to release 5StarConsumers.com and their respective officers, directors and employees from any and all losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the entering, winning, receipt or use of the prize or prizes.
